Almond was formed in 1979 and over the years has evolved to meet the changing needs of our customers, today we serve over 150 customers across a variety of sectors including: Medical Devices, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Food and Drink, Packaging and Rotational Moulding.
We strive to add value to all of our customers by offering technical expertise in design and manufacturing as well as providing a fast and flexible service. Our vision is to be recognised as offering the best service in Scottish Precision Engineering.

New Hurco CNC Mill for Almond Engineering
Almond Engineering have taken delivery of a new CNC VMx30T Mill from Hurco. Almond are currently investing heavily to expand capacity in the wake of strong order growth in 2011.
Chris Smith, Almond Engineering CEO, commented "On the back of a strong recovery in our markets, we've recently taken on both a new Designer and a skilled Miller, as well as investing over £100k in new machinery.
Almond Engineering have noted marked increases in Design work, Precision Engineering and Fabrication orders this year and we are investing to ensure we can maintain our quick deliveries and excellent customer service".
